  • Aspire Lounge T1 I enjoyed my visit to the lounge, reasonable choice of breakfast ,no problems accessing the Wifi once staff had given the password .Lounge was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for privacy,bearing in mind it was early breakfast time,staff very polite and friendly . No complaints from me . Would happily recommend to family and friends , a great way to start any journey.

  • Aspire Lounge T1 Disappointed that the lounge ran out of bacon soon after our arrival, around, I also seem to remember that the prosecco was part of the complementary wine and now there is a charge, I would consider booking the lounge again but find the cost excessive

  • Aspire Lounge T1 The check in to the lounge was very quick. However the food available is limited. If you like pasta and curry you are on a winner. Unlike us if you don't eat curry, cheese and tomato

  • Aspire Lounge T1 I’ve already spoken to Lee a representative about our visit which quite honestly appalling, and I shall pursue a compensation claim for a refund for all and least half of the cost.
    I use these lounges frequently and booked this expecting a relaxing experience as I am wheelchair bound, you may be able to check and have never come across such disgraceful service.
    We had to queue to enter and was met with a miserable reception employee, not even a simple ‘hello “
    The lounge was filthy, all the tables were strewn with rubbish and dirty crockery.
    The food was mediocre, Luke warm and not much available.
    To get a drink the queue was 20 people deep!!! And the girl(1) serving was rude and disgruntled, telling customers they could only have one drink after queueing all that time.
    On leaving the lounge I would have mentioned all the above only around 6 couples were queueing to get in!!!
    Disgraceful what a waste of £53.00

  • Aspire Lounge T1 I was very disappointed with what was available. One of the coffee machines was out of order. The info on the website states that you cater for gluten free and when I arrived I was told I could have bread but was then advised that there was none left so I was simply given a couple of gluten free cakes. I’m sure you would agree this does not represent value for money. The lounge is also looking shabby with stained furniture and also food crumbs on seats. Overall not a great experience.

  • Aspire Lounge T1 Everything ran smoothly for us, but more bar staff are required as by the time we left other customers were having to queue at the bar for quite some time.
