The hotel was as described and I would consider returning there in the future. The food was of a good standard with plenty of choices available both for breakfast and dinner. The staff were generally friendly, helpful and efficient apart from one incident on the first night in the restaurant when we were grossly overcharged for bottles of water, but once highlighted the problem was resolved satifactorily.

We used Sentinel at Leeds Bradford airport. They were excellent. It was such a pleasure to come across a business that gives such fantastic customer service. Holiday Extras had rated them highly and that was well deserved.

Only problem was with the directions. When it came to last roundabout they just said turn onto lane (name supplied) but you couldn't see name until you were on top of roundabout and were probably in wrong lane. They should have said turn right at last roundabout onto (then named lane). But apart from that everything was really good.

Very competitive price. Very friendly and helpful staff, fast efficient transfers to and from the airport and most of all no worries about the safety of our car which was parked only a few yards away for us to collect when we returned from our holiday.

Simple booking procedure-print out, take with you. no problems. Booked probably five times with this site. Sentinel parking at Leeds was very efficient. Picked up from airport within munutes.
