Quick and efficient service from dropping off the keys, to being helped with our bags onto the bus. Same on the return, bus there waiting for us and efficient key pick up.

Staff at check-in very efficient Transfer quick and efficient as always, driver not only friendly but helpful with luggage as well On returning home we were dealt with promptly and with good humour, car keys handed over in a matter of seconds which is what is required after a long day/journey and all you need to do is get home quickly and safely Sometimes the office has an entrance and an exit but this time only one door seemed to be in operation, that did cause people to juggle to get in and out as our bus was completely packed

A very good service, parked at Leeds/Bfd, all very quick, will have used six times this year by November, so must be good. Pity airport is not as efficient.

My jet2 app that I had on my mobile phone which held my boarding passes was suddenly cancelled and was told to up grade but it failed to upgrade because it said it wasn't available in my holiday country (Jersey) So at my expense and inconvenience had to get my return boarding pass printed off . So very annoyed with jet2

Excellent service. Easy check in and took us straight to airport. Upon return, shuttle waiting for us and took 2 mins to collect the car keys and get to the car. We always use Sentinel.

Easy to locate car park, very efficient check in, bus left within minutes. On return we waited 5 minutes for the bus. The girl on the desk issuing keys was very quick and friendly, car was parked in the lane as advised.
