The staff were very efficient and courteous. It took no time at all for drop off and collection of my vehicle even though on my return the transfer bus was to standing capacity we did not have to queue to get the keys.

Sentinel offer excellent parking facilities and efficient service - minor issue was being kept waiting in rain because minibus was inadequate for the arrival queue but proper bus was soon sent.
