The driver did his best to find us on his list, eventually tracking us down as only my title and initial was on the form. He was helpful and managed to overcome the problem.

We ALWAYS use AIRPARKS at Cardiff Airport. Why?Because they atrethe CHEAPEST, the QUICKEST way to get to the main building without waiting - and most importantly they are ALWAYS reliable.

your service made going too and coming back from the airport very simple, it is not only cheaper to park with you but also we didnt have to lug our bags across the carparks to our car.

Booking in at 6.00am was 1st class, and a speedy take to airport. Unfortunately on return we only waited for the bus 5 to 10 minutes but it was cold.

We have used your services for over 10 years at different Airports and have found staff to be extremely helpful every time. At Birmingham Airport we had ther pleasure of using your car washing service so on our return from holiday we had a lovely clean car waiting for us. Thank You All at Airparks.

I felt safe leaving my car there and the airport was only 3 minutes away and the bus departs every 20 minutes. It was a lot cheaper than parking at the airport and it drops and picks up at the departure door whereas due to security no other transport can drop off at the departure door and you may have to walk a long way with your suitcases if you park at the airport as the airport car parks are massive and the scurity is not as good as airparks.

It couldn't have been easier....you get to the carpark, drive through the barrier, stop, go to the booth with your receipt, unload your suitcases, you get on the bus to the airport and they park your car! Then on arrival back at Cardiff the bus comes round every 20-30 mins and drops you back to the carpark where your car is waiting for you! Simple and hassle free.

I use your services at 3/4 times a year, and the service provided is first class, will be back in June 08. Staff are very friendly and trustworthy, last year I left a carrier bag on the bus, with perfume, books, and a gift for my grandaughter. I realised when I got home that I was missing the bag, I telephoned and enquired if it was with you, and was very happy when told that the driver handed this into the office, my husband collected the next day. Happy new year.
