Once again my number plate wasn’t recognised, contacted the parking assistant via the intercom, he didn’t even have a record of my booking, he told me to take a ticket and get it validated on my return. Had to contact holiday extras whilst on holiday to sort this issue out, not ideal

Easy to find, plenty of spaces to park. As our flight was delayed I was worried that we would exceed our time but the pleasant attendant reassured us that we had enough time and if we had difficulty with the barrier he would sort it out. We have used your services previously and would use your services again.

Overall the car park was ok, but would like to think that it could be improved if the car park was tarmac fully which would avoid the loose stones etc allowing cases to be pulled along easier without possibly damaging wheels on said cases

It's the second year that i have had a problem on my return & getting out of the car park. I had to phone assistance again & they said that they gad no record of my booking. My wife was waiting in the rain as she has a bad back & couldn't walk far . It took 15 minutes fir them to let me out while they phoned holiday extras im not happy

Cardiff long stay car park No1 is brilliantly located being only am easy walk from the terminal. Booking via Holiday extras was easy and convenient. I did have an issue regarding the parking company but Holiday Extras, via its live internet chat, were very helpful. Only downside was the time taken in the chat que (started off as chat que No10 and it took several minutes of waiting). Once chatting the issue was resolved very quickly. I will definitely use Holiday Extras again.

The only problem we had was the lack of transportation from the carparking facility at Cardiff airport as the volumes of flights increase and the parking facilities are receiving higher volumes of cars it takes up to fourty Minutes to get to the airport because the bus services are very infrequent

It's a lot more expensive than when I used to book via NCP. It gets a bit cheaper when I register for emails but then I'm spammed with all sorts of offers regularly. The fact that I can only seem to book with your company means I'm likely to book again (I don't seem to have much choice), but given a choice between you and NCP, I would always go with NCP.
