We forgot to take our parking confirmation with us and were worried we might have to pay again and claim the money back. on arrival at customer services desk, no need to worry as name already on list and ticket was processed to exit the car park. Thanks.

Suggest you put a note on the entry ticket machine to remind people not to press for a ticket if they have already used their card to book. I was under pressure and pressed in error. Your staff sorted me out in a very friendly and courteous manner upon my return. A gentle reminder on entry stage is likely to prevent this happening to other idiots like me! Next time I will read my paperwork more thoroughly so that you get a 10 from me. Thank you

VERY EASY TO USE JUST PUTTING THE CREDIT CARD IN IT SHOWS YOUR NAME THE BARRIER OPENS YOU DRIVE IN AND PARK WHERE YOU WANT WHICH AVES TIME NOT HAVING TO FIND A PETICULAR PARKING PLACE. JUST AS EASY ON THE WAY OUT PUT CREDIT CARD IN BARRIER LIFTS YOU DRIVE OUT. VERY EASY TO USE.
