The airport barrier did not let me in or out An attendant had to come out to me as the booking hadn't been sent through from yourselves This delayed me 15 - 20 mins

The long stay car park was closed so we had to use the short stay. I specifically paid more so I could have a space closer to the terminal as my father is unable to walk long distances as it was we ended up quite a distance from the terminal with no one around to offer assistance. When I inquired at the airport if there was someone around I could talk to an admittedly nice and friendly lady directed me to a phone however not wanted to start my holiday navigating the phone system of help line I left it as it was. All in all though a poor show taking money from people for an extra service that they font receive,.

Everything went very smoothly, when we arrived at the carpark, the automatic number plate recogniser did not recognise our number plate, however the staff were happy to assist. At Doncaster/Sheffield it isn't really necessary to book premier parking, however as we were with my parents who both have walking difficulties, I booked the parking to secure a space as close to the terminal as possible. I wasn't disappointed.

Returned from our holiday to a very cold Doncaster airport only to find our car had a flat battery, airport staff at the premium parking were very helpful by trying to get our car started but in the end we needed our recovery service. Many thanks to them for trying.

Position of car park just as described, directions good, number plate recognition worked and very little price variance with Long and Short stay. Spaces are only just big enough for a large saloon car, but we found a one next to the grit box which meant we could park just on the edge and then we were able to open all the doors. Didn't see any staff, but didn't need them.

Parking could not have been closer to the terminal. We had no problems with entry to or exit from the carpark. Will use again when flying from Doncaster (provided price doesn't inflate with good reviews!)

The Main exit gates could be more clearly marked or directed i.e. Main Exit, some of the signs were either hidden or partially visually blocked as we were driving out which caused us some confusion.

The barriers did not recognise my vehicle on arrival but the staff were helpfull in getting me through. My car battery was flat on my return. When the breakdown company (AA) arrived the chap told me it was a common occurence. Apparently the car park is so close to the runway that aircraft set of the car alarms on take of and landing, thus draining the batteries. The guy said he was called out regularly. I would be happy to book again but not in the premium carpark.
