Everything went smoothly, staff was very helpful and facilities was great. Only problem we had was had to wait an hour for the V.I.P. Lounge to open. Could do with opening at 4am instead of 5am. This will not stop me flying from this airport again and would recommend to anyone.

Clearer signage would be helpful . Many vehicles having passed the entrance having to reverse or turn round !!! All avoidable . Our number plate wasn't recognised on entry or leaving therefore we had to use the speaker. It is however a really good car park.

No automatic ticket on arrival, but was allowed through quickly. Was a little concerned about returning to car park after holiday, but all went well. I will not be using this arrangement again for longer holiday as it is cheaper now to book a taxi when on a 2 week holiday, but will if taking a weeks holiday again although more expensive than last year
