I could not find the car park I was allocated to (the road to it appeared to be temporarily closed / poor signage). This should be addressed. However, we were able to park in an alternative with very little hassle so it worked out ok for us.

ANPR did not work on arrival at airport, but this did not create a real problem. The technology is good but a bit frustrating when it fails.

We always book our car park through holiday extras because of its good value - unfortunately our car reg has never been recognised and we get a ticket. After our holiday we always have problems then getting out of the car park barriers.

Problem leaving the car park had to get help because the parking card wasn't recognised which has happened before at Doncaster. But staff heplfull.

It wasn't clear that 'park & fly' was the same as the long stay carpark. If I'd realised, I would have just booked the long stay. However, it was still reasonable considering the convenience of parking right at the airport, & the carpark staff were lovely.
