We booked airport parking and had to amend it, the first request wasn't processed but the second was fine , there was an error in directions - turn right at thistle hotel, this is now jury's though the airport is signed

A couple of things for improvement I feel are the signage as you approach the roundabout, this could be clearer and the size of the spaces was ridiculously small even for my average size car, meaning my car was in danger of damage from other car park users.

Why do you make out as if I’ve booked a “holidayextras†car park? The car park was property of East Midlands Airport. I understand your company just acts as an agent to book customers on behalf of the airport! Right or wrong? The same could be said about Purple Parking! No problem here.....but I feel your email to me takes the praise on behalf of your company and not the airport car park!!

Did not go smoothly.Parking was changed from No.1 to No.3 but was the same Car Park.There were so many Barriers up in the car park it was very difficult to manoeuvre where I wanted to go and park.After the return flight the barrier did not work on reg.recognition and the barrier did not lift.There was nowhere on the barrier control to speak to anybody so what do you do?I went away in the car and came back 5 minutes later.The barrier then lifted and away.What an awful experience.An explanation is required please.

Had to request help on exit as barrier did not go up, was told that I should have got a token on entry, it was dark when we arrived and we have not collected one previously, please add this instruction clearly on your paperwork.

It was the wrong car park number on the confirmation so our registration couldn't be read. We was then let in to turn round and was told we were in a different car park so we made our way to another car park and again we couldn't get through the barrier so had to wait ages for someone to let us through, we were holding a lot of people up behind us too. So it was not a good start to our holiday!

E/Mids Long Stay one (now re-named Short Stay 3) car parking is a bit chaotic and trolleys difficult to find, then won't drive straight but reasonably handy for Airport terminal across wonky pavements!

The parking bays were VERY tight could do with a little more space . with the It made it difficult to maneuver with the amount of space provided!

While searching for long stay1 got caught in drop off lane requiring to pay £2 to get out. Finally found long stay 1 following very few signs . Was not permitted to entry advised over the speaker at the boom that I should have received email update to park in short stay 1. Following my trip I tried to exit and was told I owed £261 to exit . Continued to argue over the speaker at the boom what I had been told when arriving, without much understanding from the official. Only by luck she told me I should go and park in short stay 3. Since I was leaving and she was letting me out, I argued no further. Total Shambles from start to finish. East Midlands is the most expensive airport parking. I will opt to fly from other airports. Provided there is no surprise bill rather not make to big a complaint.

Everything with Holiday Extras OK all as paperwork.(inc. change of name to Short Stay 2)
Only comment is with who operates parking at East Mids. Only place to pick up/drop off Luggage trolley is right next to entrance which is inadequate for such a large Parking Area
