Coach failed to turn up in a reasonable time to go back to jet park 1 , in fact I walked all the way back and ever seen a coach

We had difficulty entering and rang for assistance. We were told it was registration recognition and the barrier lifted. We asked if we needed a ticket and told no. On our return we could not get out as we did not have a ticket.this was at midnight after a long day travelling. Eventually a Mann in a van arrived and helped.

There were no signs that we could see in the airport at East Midlands indicating where to go for the bus to jet park 1. Everything else about the parking was good, except the shoddy East Midlands airport, dirty and chaotic.

It was really easy parking at jet parks 1. we got a little bit muddled as the sat nav takes you to the airport short term car park with the post code, but the man on the gate showed us where to go and was really helpful. Might be an idea to highlight to people using a sat nav this problem? Very easy catching the transfer bus, well sign posted and the drivers were really helpful

Easy to use, and directions were as described. The bus driver stopped and picked us up in the car park as he could see we were not sure where to go!The car was safe and it was fast to get in and out of the car park.

Really easy to book. Car parking was really secure and in a good location. Regular buses running to and from the airport terminal. Excellent value for money and completely hassle free.
