Confusion when we arrived as the car park we thought we were in had been used as a festival site during the weekend so had to find a bus driver which car park to use. We thought an email prior to arriving would have solved the problem.

Yes thank you. Everything did go smoothly but I would recommend that the roughness of the parking areas does need some improvements as these are damaging the wheels on people's suitcases.

I would hesitate to use the Jet Parks car parks at East Midlands again. The marked spaces are far too small.

Every thing was fine. The parking on our return had a few minor problems. Cars were parked in the circulation roads. It appears that the Download Festival created a big demand.

I understood that number plate recognition would enable easy access and exit, that failed then the bar code would. Upon entry neither worked but pressing the button for voice contact did work but I thought that I would be unable to find any parking space as the park was almost full. After an early start from Malta all went well until we experienced massive delay at EMA border control and once in the car expected “hassal free exit†at the barrier the car in front of me experienced trouble in contacting anyone to raise the barrier. By this time there was a queue behind me again easy exit failed and in contacting a person by pressing the button I was told he had no record of my booking except for! I quoted my reference number 00K95 and again could not appear to find it but then did lift the barrier, it took 15mins to “escape†I have had the same car plates for 15 years

everything went well till we came back, driver on shuttle bus did not tell us which jet park we stopped at we had to ask a couple getting on the bus bearing in mind at 2am it was all we wanted to be in wrong carpark, otherwise OK

Stopping people parking at end of rows as blocking cars in that are trying to reverse out,I had major trouble getting out of my space as somebody had parked at end of of row where there was no parking space.several instances around car park where these vehicles where parked like that.

Everything was fine with the facilities at the park and the bus service was regular and clean so all good there. The only gripe was the large gravel or hardcore that is used in the parking bays in Jet Parks 2, it was all over the car park roads and kept getting caught in the wheels of the suitcase which then tripped me up! I found it quite funny but sooner or later someone will no doubt kick up a fuss about it.

The driver on jet parks bus was not very helpful. It was dark when we arrived after 11pm . He only stopped at bus stop 4 in jet parks 2 & when we he asked which stop we wanted he said we had to walk. Fortunately we needed stop 3 so it was not that far, but that is not the service we expected to receive.

This is about the East Midlands Airport car park Jet 2. Every thing was perfect I left the car for a week, and I found it in one piece! No interaction with the staff, the shuttle was on time

All went smooth. Good bus confections between the car park and the airport. Staff very helpful. Initially was worried about the car after reading some negative reviews, but my car was fine, not damaged and even tho my flight was delayed by 2h, we didn't have to pay extra for overstaying.

All was well until we tried to leave the Car Park when the Number Plate recognition refused to open the barrier. At 01.15 hours in a poorly light area finding the telephone help button was not as easy as it might have been. Then it took some time for an Operator to answer the phone only to be told I was out of time. This was annoying since when I had booked on line the flight details, (Dates & Flight Number), had all been entered & your calculated cost duly paid including the extra to cover delayed flight arrival time. There had been no delay & we were at the Car Park Gate approximately 70 minutes after touch down, which I had been quite impressed by. Initially your operator insisted I had only paid up to midnight on the 28th May which was totally wrong, our return flight had arrived on time, (23.55 on the 30th May), never mind the extra cover paid for possible late arrival. Subsequently the Barrier was raised with no apology offered; not the most impressive service in the early hours of the morning after a long day in airports & travelling.

This is the second year on the trot that the vehicle recognition did not let me out of the car park - very annoying - holding up cars behind. Would still book with you again but you need to sort East Midlands airport car parks system out
