The bus was overcrowded on the return journey to the car park as several flights had landed at the same time. a second bus would have been helpful.

The new bus stop positions on the upper level of Gatwick South that provide direct access to the terminal without the need to use lifts is very good.

Clearer signposting to your bus on arrival at Gatwick would have been good. Initially went to the wrong place which was a pain. It was very good though, thanks.

Carpark was really close to the terminal (1 minute drive)! which is great after a long flight. Only waited for 5 minutes for bus. Really pleased.

Booking the parking at the airport was quick and simple and the best price for parking was literally 2 minutes away from the terminal I was leaving from so even better. Coach drivers were excellent and very friendly and helpful. Bus to return was right outside so not far to walk to either. Will use again.

yet again holiday extras gets 10/10 no hassel parking,and after your holiday no hassel collecting your car,and if you pre book your car you drive up to the barriers put your ticket in the slot and drive out
