I've used this car park a few times with no problems and always pre booked via holiday extras but this time on going to exit I was asked to pay £245 when I'd pre paid. The assistant at the car park waived the extra charge when I presented my text confirmation and reference showing I'd pre paid. Otherwise a great service.

When I arrived at the car park the camera did not recognise my number plate, so I pressed they help button. They let me in and I had to go to reception as they did not have my booking. I was allowed to park but had to go back into reception on the way out to get a ticket to let me out. On the way out they still could not find my booking, but let me out as I had a copy of the booking. They also told me they had had others that had booked with your selves. Not as good as before. I will try again, as hopefully it was a one of.

When I booked frompm Sunday topm Tuesday, I had left plenty of time, except that Easyjet were late (both ways). When we left the car park at 3.08, I had expected a charge (and was going to be a bit grumpy), but no charge was levied for minutes late. Well done.

The organisation from your perspective was good, what was very poor was the Bus driver on the return trip to the car park. I have made this trip many times before, so know the routine, on this occasion there were passengers who didn't. The driver didn't change the sign from his drop off at the terminal so it just said "SOUTH Terminal", not car park ABC etc, this confused all passengers. In the car park itself there was no announcements about what the drop-off procedure was and no pre-warning of what bus stops he was going to, again adding confusion. I'm confused as to why we always drop-off at section A, then leave the car park only to return. If this had been my first time I think I would have been really stressed, not what you want after a flight. For info we arrived back into the south terminal at approx.hrs.

Totally fuss free, extremely convenient start to our weekend. Just knowing we would enjoy the same easy 5 minute journey back to our car upon our return added to the whole thing!! Won't consider any other parking venue again! Perfect -thanks :)

Driver should announce which zone he is entering and which bus stop he is approaching as glare at night on windows obscured where you were. giving you time to buzz for the bus to stop

My EasyJet plane was delayed by four hours, so I arrived at Gatwick after 2 am. I was delighted to find the bus service still running and the attendant at the car park could not have been more helpful dealing with my concern about having over-run my booked collection time. Many thanks!
