This was very useful. We got straight into the car-park, buses were frequent, with a quick time to the terminal. On our return, once again frequent buses, and straight out of the car-park with no messing about getting keys or dealing with paperwork. Paying in advance online is certainly the way to go.

The number plate recognition clearly worked perfectly - no problem getting out at the gate. A lot cheaper than just turning up at the carp park.

Car park conveniently located, speedy transfers. Driver helpful in calling out sector and bus stop number in advance. Smoothest transfer I've had at Gatwick.

The bus was rather full but obviously the driver was getting people back to their cars in a timely fashion so no complaints. He made sure we were safely on and off the bus before proceeding. Well done. How about a small discount for return users?

we liked the space on the back of the ticket to write the bus stop that you are parked at, as it is easy to forget after you're holiday. We only waited 2 minutes both ways for a bus to transfer us, very pleased with service thankyou.
