On leaving the airport we followed the Bus & Coaches signs, but it was poorly distinguished from long stay courtesy buses and other services, so ended up dragging our cases up and down different levels and eventually asking a National Express coach driver for directions.

£78 for a one week stay was expensive. On exiting car park the machine didn't recognise I had prepaid so had to get out of car and go to office to sort it out which was inconvenient

Arrival at the car park went smoothly, unfortunately when we left our prepaid ticket was not excepted at the barrier when I took it to the office no explanation was given or apology for the inconvenience actually no words spoken to me at all. It did work when I returned to the barrier so I guess it was not my error.

Great service - competitively priced, regular quick bus transfers to and from the terminal. Our flight home was delayed due to the Air Canada incident that closed the runway, and as such we arrived back well after our ticket expired - yet there was no attempt to levy a surcharge. No stress, no fuss - to be recommended. We will definitely use this service again.

Our return flight was delayed 5 hours and on our return just got on the car park bus and was taken back to the section we had parked the car. Very helpful staff

The last 3 times that I have used Gatwick South parking the ticket machine has welcomed me by name but when I put the ticket in to leave it doesn't recognise the ticket and tells me I have to pay £305 so then I have to reverse back to some parking and go to the office (where the staff are rude and couldn't care less) to validate the ticket before I can leave. Not sure what the problem is but it is not good enough!

improve security, came back to £1800 of damage, no cctv in parking area's. customer service say they could not even see detail of the entry footage, how poor. they call it secure parking????????????????????????? NOT
