Unfortunately it took 15 minutes for the bus to arrive in return and then we all had to wait another five minutes while the driver had a conversation with another bus driver

Service great. Staff members very friendly. They are reliable offering great prices fpr parking. It was deffinitely much better to travel this way with the kids and be sure that our car been kept safe while we are away on holiday.

Excellent service with clear directions. Car park safe and secure and bus to airport was no problem. Very friendly and polite staff. Definately recommend snd use again.

Outward was excellent. Lovely lady at desk and very pleasant driver. On return a coach turned up and passengers and driver came off, I thought he was taking luggage and as I moved forward he said just wait a minute I don't have any fuel. He returned from back of coach and said he had to refuel and another bus would be along. Waited over mins from arrival at pick up. Don't normally complain but why send bus out with no fuel

First time of using this facility so bit nervous as last car parking facility had some small problems. Shouldn't have been concerned though as everything went very smoothly. Facility very clean and staff very helpful.

The facilities were fine and no problems checking in or finding a parking space. As we were the last people to arrive prior to a bus leaving I felt a bit rushed when trying to find a parking space as close as possible to the reception. Pick up at the airport was very busy and we had to wait approx. mins for a second coach to arrive.

carpark staff were friendly but on return to Glasgow we called twice to answer machine and did not get picked up. we ended up getting a lift to car park from neighbouring parking facility who we did not park with in first instance.
