Staff were very helpful and pleasant. My only slight criticism was that on the return journey it's an automated answering service so you are given no idea of the wait time. If this is slightly longer than expected which ours was you wonder if you have been logged or not. However we were and did get picked up after aroundmis which is a bit long after a long day.

Everything was smooth and speedy with good facilities for drop off and parking easy. On return the bus was called and was there promptly. All staff were great and helpful. Best price for off airport parking i found by a large margin and will use again

We phoned for pick up and a transit mini bus turned up no names were asked for and we couldn't get on due to having our baby in the pram we had to wait for a bus to come it didn't take to long though overall not bad but could improve

The one downside is the layout as the roads between parking spaces is narrow and does not follow a loop.the spaces are also pretty narrow.

A courtesy number to call on return would be useful; the airport phones did not work and not everybody has a mobile phone. Otherwise the service was seamless and the price excellent.
