Plenty of parking spaces, smooth check in, vans were already waiting to and from the airport, driver at the airport gave clear instructions what to do on the return. Exceptionally pleasant service.

Mostly good. Unfortunately my husband was incapacitated after surgery on his hand which made getting our luggage to the site office for pick up very difficult. Perhaps a series of stops around the site could be implemented?

Everything went smooth happy with service apart from 1. There was no mention of having to go to reception and giving the person at the office my flight details. Please ensure people are aware of this going forward and this did not meet my expectations

Drivers could have been more pleasant and helpful. Buses could have been cleaner inside and quieter and should not divert to other carparks until Fastback customers have been dropped off.

On the trip to the airport, the transfer bus first visited another car park to pick up other passengers before heading for the airport. Again, on the return trip we first went to another car park. Transfer time was therefore longer than 5 minutes.

when I arrived to pick up my car it was damaged when icontacted your operations manager I was told I would be better going through my own insurers as they would be awhile going through cctv and referred me to your term and conitions about not being liable for damage

Staff were excellent out to airport within minutes of parking the car and called park fast on arrival and was collected in less than five minutes. Parking is very easy in car park and definitely value for money. And best thing so easy to find Sat Nav takes you right to it.

Fantastic staff! Turned up early as we weren't quite sure of area/traffic and were let in early. Even taken to airport early (1st in queue lol). Upon return, mini bus was there a few mins after calling them. Very pleased with service and will be recommending!

Everything was great. when i got near the car park I wasn't actually able to get in due to some bad flooding however I called the office who were most helpful in giving me an alternative route in to the car park. The transfer us was sitting ready to go right away and upon my return the bus was very quick to arrive. No complaints at all the price was very reasonable.

On arrival the booked number plate was not recognised. I called for the bus upon return to airport as suggested. It took 30 min before I could board the bus to the car park. The bus had the sign "SwiftPark" instead of "FastPark" and arrived in bay 4 instead of 5 as announced. Other passengers found themselves stranded in the same situation too.
