I came back to Glasgow Park fast to collect my car and someone had put the windscreen out and had 3 hours to travel home with no way possible to get back and go no help what so ever!!

Everything went pretty smoothly. Apart form the fact that none picked up the phone when we were getting back and we had to wait a bit to get the bus from the airport to the car park. The driver had problems finding us on the list as well, but overall it was ok.

Parking operator very efficient. Simple process which works well. Only issue is with Holiday Extras emails, as the links you send don't work, so have to use normal process, lose the discount opportunity.

When I booked my car in to another company on previous holidays,I was given the option to leave my keys and get my car cleaned whilst away and they brought my car to the airport on my return.

Second time I've used Park Fast and I would defiantly use them again. The only downside was my car was filthy after sitting for 2 weeks so a car wash for an additional fee would be great.

everything went well but a bus came to stop 5 with all the parking companies on the side we got on gave the driver my name he said yes but I thought I would show him my parkfast card which he replied was a different company so my party of 4 got of the bus as did a few others then after 5 mins our bus came along

I had no problem on the outward journey, however after two phone calls from me and my fellow passengers waiting the bus arrived after 40 minute wait, other company bus parks were actually commenting on the waiting time as they had been two round journeys in the time we had been waiting.
