Click Park T4 were brilliant. Bus waiting at stop, personal service, very very close to T4. Have used them twice now and would again.

Click Car Parking were brilliant and very efficient. The transfers to the airport was immediate and on return we were collected within 5 minutes of leaving customs.

I was very happy with the click parking the minibus was there to take us straight to the airport and when we came home we rang once clearing customs and minibus again was there waiting. The only downside was it was not clearly signposted so was very hard to find on arrival to leave car especially in evening when it's dark.

All worked as advertised and reception was very friendly and helpful. Driver on our return sat and watched us struggle on and off the bus with four big bags and didn't offer any help.

Impressed with service on departure and arrival, driver was extremley plesant. Car park is only a few minutes from terminal 4 which is also a big advantage.

I've had bad experiences with off-airport parking in the past, with contents being stolenm but the staff at Click were very courteous ane efficient and there were no problems at all. for LHR Terminal 4 parking using Click was as fast as using the on-airport long-term car park, but much cheaper.

Extremely efficient, easy to find, 4 minutes from T4 as stated. We just made our flight thanks to the staff at click park after a stressful drive because of an accident on the M25. Pick up was just as easy, staff waiting as we walked out of the terminal. Our car parked just outside office ready to go. Staff very friendly and helpful. For T 4 and 5 we would definitely use click park again.

Have now used Click 4 carparking on three occasions when leaving from Heathrow T4 and 5 and find their servce good value for money, effiecient and friendly. I now automatically use them when I am travelling from T4 or 5 . Thank you.

Staff was very friendly and the shuttle service was very prompt. Although I was a bit tentative using the service initially as I had never hear of it before, I will definitely use them again in future travels. One last suggestion could be to offer a valet service that would pick up and deliver the vehicle at the main terminal.
