Once through baggage we were told the car wouldn't be ready for another 25 mins,which defeats the reason of a meet & greet.

Waited 30 minutes for my car to be returned, the company knew what Time my flight was arriving and I called as I collected my baggage, but still 30 minutes wait, I mayvas well have saved money and parked off airport.

We arrived back at heathrow terminal 3 on 17th feb after a 11 1/2 hour flight and after collecting luggage rang Drivefly as instructed at 7 30 pm. we were informed there would be a 30 to 40 min delay, but in fact it took 90 mins for our car to be delivered.Considering we paid over £100 we thought the service was very poor and have instructed Drivefly accordingly.

Collection was great. Collection man already there even though I was early. Delivery of car took over 45 minutes waiting. I telephoned immediately I collected my luggage and expected car to be waiting on my arrival to desk. I waited 45 minutes at desk. They did not know where my car was or who was making delivery. It is a brand new car and when it was delivered all car mat was filthy and mud all up inside of door. I commented to delivery driver who said " file a complaint then " They could not give me exit ticket as no money on their ticket credit card so the guy had to pay for my ticket himself. They told him to wait to issue ticket until they came to deliver new card but he said I was already waiting, by this time for one hour. Generally good concept. Unfortunately by the time I left airport due to drake I was bang in rush hour and it took me 2 X longer to get back home. Needs improvement.

Firstly they weren't expecting us and had no paperwork for my booking. It took half an hour to sort it out. On our return I phone at 7.07 to say we were in baggage reclaim and our car finally arrived at 7.54 when I was told 10 mins. Finally the inside of the drivers side was covered with mud and it looked like someone had got in and out several times going by the mud on the doors inside and in the foot well. I was appalled and will never use this company again! I have pictures of the dirt. Our car was cleaned before our holiday.

I felt very well informed all through the process with SMS messages. All instructions were clear and accurate, staff polite and friendly. The only thing Inwould change is thatwere advised to phone when we had collected our baggage and then ended up waiting nearly 15 minutes, it would have been nice to have cut that waiting time down.

Very professional and good service with the exception of the emailed drop-off instructions. They were not correct / out of date for T3, which resulted in some confusion for us and a requirement to call the company twice to clarify exactly where to take the car to. Would recommend that Drivefly update their standard confirmation email asap.

We would use Drivefly again - but the directions were not as writen for drop-off. Holiday Extras need to change the written instructions you send in the confirmation email. It's better to drop off and collect the car in the car park under cover on level 3 than outside in the rain anyway. The attendants were great and seemed to be running it all smoothly. Good to get a text on arrival back home instead of hunting for the phone number to call. Thanks - it was made easy for us.

My only concern is that on reading the small print on the car park receipt the operator was pretty much disclaimin no liability for damage to my car however caused whilst it was in their care. Seems to me that if they damage the car it should be their responsibility to repair it. However the car was returned perfectly and the overall operation went perfectly.

Outbound the car was collected where and when expected. Directions w ere clear and concise. The staff were efficient and helpful. The return was similarly efficient and on telephoning as instructed the car was waiting for us when we met the staff in the relevant car park. I'll definitely use your services again. Next month but from Gatwick this time!

The only problem I had was the directions.on the e-mail, which directed me to park outside terminal 3, when in fact it should have said short term car park level 3, this caused a delay while I phoned and got correct directions. Other than that, it was quite easy and seemed cheaper than using the long term car park at Heathrow.

We were flying from term 3 your directions stated to park in car park 2 level 4. After we had unloaded our bags and approached your representative we were told quite rudely we were in the wrong car park so we reloaded and went to car park 3 after paying the £3.60 parking charge. Otherwise we were happy with the service. Please update your directions so no one else has this issue.

Signage/directions at the airport was not very clear for either end of the journey. If you know the airport well (like your drivers do) then the level of instruction is probably adequate, but I visit Heathrow maybe twice a year, so more specific detail is required.
