Everything was fairly straight forward. Only thing would be for the Person collecting the car and keys etc to be waiting in the open and not sat in his car so you don't know where he is. Had to ask another company where my company rep was waiting.

While the staff were really helpful the directions both leading up to our departure and on return were a little vague. On the way out it was not clear initially which car park we should drive to and then where our point-of-contract was situated. On return the first phone number went to voicemail the send number was engaged. When we found our point-of-contact their direction to find the vehicle was general and in accurate, leading to us taking around 10 minutes to locate our ar

Some one was waiting for us when we arrived and explained everything we had to do on our return.It was basically phone when we had our luggage and someone returned our vehicle within 15 minutes of phoning.

Very disappointed this was not meet and greet as advertised. Had to dry to short stay car park on arrival and when collecting the car. It stated on the internet we were to pull up right outside the terminal to valet parking where the car would be taken from us. Not meet and greet service at all!

on return, we were out about 5 minutes before they were ready for us. We were told that the car was in row E but not shown at all the best way to get to it, other than that little niggle, all was O.K.

It was difficult to hear the person on the other end of the phone when I phone to say we would be early. Our details were not available at the car park so had to be written out which was very slow. Directions as to where to go changed between booking and the day. It would have been nice to have had an e-mail before the day regarding this.

Drop off went ok. On picking the car up I was initially given the keys to someone else's car. We had to wait for 20 minutes in the cold for our car. When it arrived it was damaged. The Drivefly staff were evasive and kept wandering off. The inside drivers footwell was very muddy. I have emailed but I'm worried I won't get any compensation for the damage as their ts and cs say they will not pay out on any claims under £750! So they can do up to £750 worth of damage to your car and not have to pay for it. I wish I'd spent more time reading other reviews as it seems many people have had similar problems. If I were you I'd remove them from your app as this reffects badly on your as well.

When I returned the inside of my car was very dirty . I have already reported this . I think it would be a good idea if you created a form ( rather like a car hire form ) that both parties sign on arrival and departure . Eg . Customer arrives with a dent on his front wing . This could be highlighted on the form . Good location . Staff at airport not that great . Not very customer friendly / focused . I have had far better service from Purple Parking. The lady who took my booking was very helpful , very customer friendly In conclusion you have been let down at the point of delivery which is a great shame . So many companies fail at this point

It took 45 mins for our car to arrive. I booked meet and great parking as I was traveling on my own with three children. It made my return journey extremely stressful.

Holiday Extras should seriously reconsider who they promote through their website.I use your website regularly and trust your judgement,advice and guidence.Unfortunatly on this occasion it was way way off.My vehicle was in Drivefly's care for just a few days,well i wish i hadn't bothered.My car which is new so this makes matters worse,was dropped off no problems but when i collected on my arrival back.Drivefly has lost the keys and put them into the following days arrival box so i had to wait over 45 minutes for my car and 2 phone calls to locate its whereabouts.Then on delivery as i inspected it i found a nice big scratch on the front quarter bumper.I pointed this out immediatley and was told to email the address on the sheet.I have had an offer of repair as a good will gesture(no admittance of liability obviously) but this doesn't meet my needs as i would need to go back to the airport to get it done plus i really don't trust them to ever have one of my cars again.A real cowboy firm and i feel a bit let down by holiday extras that they promote such a firm.If i had read the reviews before using Drivefly i would have never touched them.

Check-in was easy and convenient. The phone number to call however was texted to me during my journey which is too late. I had to pull over and check my phone. Secondly, on return, the car was not as I had left it. Radio station had been played with, my personal phone charger had been taken out of the glove box and used, muddy shoe marks were left on the door. Staff should not be opening any storage compartments in the car. The dirt marks and other altered settings in the car did not make a very good impression on my return. Overall, the parking service is convenient, but for the reasons stated above, the car parking staff need to take more care when handling customer cars.
