Yes staff were helpful, location is nice however my car was filthy inside on my return, both in passenger footwell and back. Muddy boot footprints that weren't there when I dropped it off so clearly been used to ferry someone somewhere. Not happy at all. Also noticed odometer had ticked on at least miles.

There are unfavourable comments about Imagine on the internet which I now believe to be absolute rubbish. My experience was perfection. I found the Park easily. I was greeted by personnel who were very professional and whole experience was brilliant. I will always use Imagine when I fly out of John Lennon Airport.

Take Imagine outdoor parking off your approved list of carparks. They abused my car by driving it like idiots and now i need a new clutch. The clutch was burning so badly when they brought my car to me and it took 2 days to stop smelling. They claim to have done nothing wrong and said they employees drive all cars with care and attention, which is a complete lie. They dont deserve to be in business. A new clutch is going to cost me £600 so thanks for using this sham of a company i really appreciate it

Your representative was on his own and very busy sorting customers out. Our flight was minutes arriving , we had to wait a further minutes from making the call. This is not a complaint, it is an observation your people are usually very prompt.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my car has been scratched while in your care. I collected my car around:30 Fridayth June so only noticed the damage on Saturday in the daylight.I called to discuss on Saturday afternoon and was told I would be called back shortly but as no-one did, I had to call again about 5 hours later. I discussed the issue with the driver who answered who said I will be contacted on Monday. The outcome of the damage to my car will influence the rating which I give you as well as whether or not I would book with you again/recommend you. I have used Imagine once before with no problems.

Not clear you need to park in the short stay car park on arrival. Price should include the £3 you need to get out when you pick up the car

Everything went well until our exit from the car park. When we put our ticket in the machine to exit it said we owed £75.00!! although our parking had been fully paid! We used the button to speak to the help desk, we were asked for our booking reference and after 5 minutes of confusion the help desk finally raised the barrier and we were allowed to exit.
