Airpark's only problem is that you have to walk the whole length of airport at Newcastle to Domestic arrivals in order to ring for bus, then all the way back and more to meet bus. After a long flight it's a pain! Please get courtesy phone at International arrivals end of airport.

Perfectly smooth transfer from parking the car to arriving at the airport. However, the phone we had to use to call for the minibus to get back to the car was really hard to find and was not well signed. If we hadn't remembered the instructions to find it we could well be still in the airport!

We have used the services on previous occasions and would recommend to others. Staff were friendly and helpful at all hours of the day and night. Prices were very competitive with parking and transfer to and from the airport.

I found the service excellent, more than I could have expected. On arival it took 2 minutes to bookin and bourd the bus. In total it was 10 min from ariving to the airport, and the same coming home. Thank you very much for your service and I will defenatly use your service again..

I agree with previous comments regarding the situation of the phone - we couldn't actually find it so better directions would be helpful - it's actually opposite Check in desk 1. Staff were very good and even though it was very early (5.00am) they were bright and breezy and chatted away to our sleepy 7 year old. Would definately use them again. Especially the bringing the car back to the airport door for us - lovely !
