Only one complaint expected minibus when arriving in Ibiza but turned out to be a coach which is what we were trying to avoid.No probs coming home though.

Great apartments, although all inclusive was disappointing, the food was good but the queues for food and especially drink was a disgrace due to shortage of staff and one bar not even open, I would go back but self catering.

In bad weather the drop off and pick up point is far away from the main building and there is no shelter for waiting on the bus, also the courtesy phone is situated quite a long way away from the arrival point i.e other end of airport.

It's the best car parking experience we have ever had. Staff were very friendly and helpful. With car park very close to terminal transfer time was minimal. On our return we had upgraded to meet & greet.

everything was fine except on the return to newcastle airparks bellair we waited two hours for pickup that never came, and to pay ?5.00 far a taxi to get the car, they said we hadn't phoned- I did and my partner also did, they said they cleared two flights.

Pre-flight reception OKish (car park very full with cars) to meet and greet option was offered but not properly explained due to the rush of check-ins( I might have been tempted). Can't fault the arrival back in to the UK reception & service.
