Had to park a longer distance away from the terminal than the airport bus and the telephone to recall service was a little difficult to find but otherwise no complaints.

At Newcastle airport you need a contact phone near the international arrivals it is inconvieniant to walk the length of the airport to the only phone at the domestic arrivals, then have to walk all the way back to the bus pick up point.

The day of our flight the weather was heavy rain and the bus dropped us off quite a walk from the airport therfore we were wet and cold sitting about for an hour until we dried off. Our flight was delayed coming home therfore we did not arrive home until 4am and had to sit and wait on the minibus to take us to our car for 20mins which I felt was inappropriate at that time in the morning. I wouldn't use this service again I would make sure my car was parked in the actual airports carpark.

Car parking at Newcastle with Airparks is very convenient and hassle-free. We used the Meet and Greet for the first time; it was worth the extra payment.

Compared to previous occasions the time taken for the transport to pick us up at the airport was excessive, (25 minutes). Everthing else was as I expected it to be.
