Leaving the car with you, the transfer to the airport, the pick up from the airport was first class. However, the directions you give to get to you did not work well. It took us 25 mins to find you after leaving the A127.

staff friendly, you need guidance to find the car park, car covered in dust on return. Staff offered to hose down the vehicle after I pointed this out.

Cancellation option on your website. I did ring the number provided and someone answerded from Gatwick branch. You'v got to ring after 9 a clock he said. I did ring after 9 and I was told that it's to late now. That means I could not cancell my booking.

On arrival staff were excellent, but a different story when we arrived back . Driver who picked us up was rude and didn't know what he was doing the suitcases were rolling around in the back , , gave us wrong keys which weren't even ours, and then gave us keys and our car wasn't even there he had to look for it .

The parking place was easy to find with the sat nav but was tucked away at the end of a road on an industrial estate. The staff were very friendly and efficient. We were checked in very promptly and 5 minutes later dropped off at the airport. On our return the pick-up went smoothly; the car was ready and we were quickly on our way home.

There are only two things that could be improved, a sign for the site on the industrial estate at the final left turn itself, my daughter and her husband thought they had gone wrong as they could not see the compound and turned round before they got there, the second is the road hump at the gate, is very high and our small car was struggling to get over it. Staff were very helpful at all times. Thank you.

Everything was as described ! We got to the car park and in minutes we was at the airport ! The staff was helpfull and all went smooth ! Only thing was at arrival we had to wait 30 mins in the airport car park to be picked up...!

Small car park but everything ran smoothly - only a few mins transfer to the airport and on our return once we called to say we needed to be picked up the mini bus was there very quickly. Very friendly and helpful staff
