i cant understand how you can market this as a "meet and Greet" when i parked handed in the keys after a long wait in line and on my return waited even longer as your staff kept changing the que from which to choose the next person to serve. then i had to go to my car.
on a previous occasion you did what you said met me took the car away and deliverd it back to me on my arrival.
thats meet and greet.

Staff in office were not helpful as did not explain layout of car park, however staff in yellow coats were very helpful although we only saw one after looking for our car for 30 mins

We were due to arrive back at 01:30 this morning. Our flight was delayed by 45 minutes. We were exhausted and glad we had booked meet and greet parking. Unfortunately when we got there, there was a lot of silences an assistants looking screens then each other, saying “it’s gone down again†..when I asked what was wrong they just kept saying “just a moment†...then one of them went to get someone else. We were then told that the car wasn’t there but a driver had gone to get it and would be about 20 minutes. We waited but after 20 minutes no one said anything so we asked again. Again there was a lot of silent uncertainty. Then the assistant looked in a yellow bowl at the back and found my car keys. There was no explanation. We were not the only ones in what can only be described chaos. When we finally got in the car it was 3am. It would have been quicker and cheaper to use one of the other car parks. I would appreciate a full explanation and some kind of refund or compensation please. Given our flight was later than expected, there was plenty of time for the car to be collected. Another customer had expected to arrive at 00:30 and his car was also not there. Another mans car was found to have had a flat battery when it was collected. Total chaos! Also, it would be good to have benches or covered seating outside your office so that families had somewhere to wait outside with luggage whilst the actual customer went into the office. That might at least reduce some of the stress that builds up.

Unfortunately, our booked flight with Ryanair was cancelled therefore we need to modify our entry date to the car park.
It was very difficult to communicate with Holiday Extras and took until the day before our revised entry to the car park to get confirmation from yourselves that the original booking for a modified later start date was still valid.

The check-in of our car was smooth and fast, embracing the 'no hassle' ethos of Meet & Greet.
However, upon return, the staff were unable to locate our vehicle or our car key. We were advised this was due to the car having been parked without any note of 'where' it was. This error on our return resulted in a delay to us of 30/40 minutes whilst the staff tried to locate our vehicle and keys, and completely negated the reason for booking Meet & Greet. I have previously returned to my car within 20 minutes in the Medium Stay car park, paying a lesser price.
We were assisted by a staff member (Simon) who was courteous and offered apologies. Simon has provided details of their customer service team - no offer of any refund/compensation has been made to us for the service that was not provided as booked. I trust Holiday Extras will look into this on our behalf?

We flew from Stansted & booked meet & greet, we were greeted but then had to park & go to an office to give our keys over, there was a queue even though it was 4am, on return we got to the office and the queue was out the door and only 3 people behind the counter, so we had to wait quite a time and then we had a long walk to the car so not really meet & greet as we know from other times we have used it

There is insufficient Signage to the Car Parks from the time you leave the Motorway... and the queue from the first roundabout to the second where you bear right to the M&G location was unexpected due to the restricted access in general to the Airport. We did not anticipate this when calculating travel times so it caused some anxiety as to whether we would make check-in in time.

No actual meet and greet - long queue to check car in at the office meant that it would have taken just as long to park further away (for less) and get the bus to the terminal.
On return - my car was at the furthest possible point of the car park to walk to, and had a flat battery (did someone leave the lights on maybe?). Thankfully staff were on hand to jump start the car.

Meet and greet was not meet and greet, our car was parked so far away we had to walk at least a mile to collect it. After a 5 hour delay with a 7 month baby to carry this was awful and the reason we chose meet and greet was to avoid that with a baby!!
And we were advised the wrong parking space so when we finally walked there our car wasn’t there!!

Staff helpful and informative. The downside was that our car for collection was parked at the far end of the car park, necessitating quite a long walk. When booking I had asked that the car be parked as near the office as possible as my wife is awaiting hip,replacement and we had special,assistance in the airport.
