Getting to the airport

On the morning of your flight make your way to your drop-off point at your terminal – it takes 5 to 15 minutes by car. You can walk to check-in, a few minutes away from there.

Check in from 3pm, check out by 12 noon.

Parking

Blue Circle Meet and Greet is included. All the parking is done for you so there's no shuttle bus and no waiting around.

Park overnight at the hotel (it's included), and in the morning drop off your car and keys at the meet and greet area in the Short Stay car park outside the terminal. When you get back, they'll drop it back to you in the same place.

Blue Circle can take and return cars between 4am and midnight.

Electric vehicle charging

The hotel has four type 2, 22 kWh chargers which cost £0.55 per kWh plus a £2.50 connection fee.

Jack's Restaurant – 12 noon to 10pm

A relaxed and modern restaurant, Jack's serves British classics with a twist. Expect beautifully presented dishes and a varied menu with lots to choose from including curry, burgers, salads and grills – the noodles and the chocolate cheesecake are particularly good! There's a kids menu too for even the fussiest of palates.

Bar

Jack's Bar – 10am to 11pm

Spend your evening sipping on crafted cocktails and mocktails made by trained mixologists while you watch the runway live from the hotel's roof cam. The bar team is sure to make your evening special – they're even trained to take photos for you so you can skip the awkward selfies!

Jack's Restaurant – 6am to 10am weekdays, 6am to 10.30am weekends

Things to do

The Hilton Garden Inn is jam packed with things to keep you entertained, including free yoga sessions and quiz nights with prizes to be won.

There's a scavenger hunt during school holidays and an activity pack for kids when you check-in, as well as shuffleboard, ping pong, table foosball and board games.

For those with energy to burn, head to the 24-hour fitness with its Technogym and Peloton equipment. Or if you'd rather get out and about before you jet off, hire one of the hotel's bikes and head to Bedfont Lakes Country Park for the afternoon.

Good to know

From 29th August 2023 London's Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) will expand to include Heathrow. You may need to pay the daily ULEZ charge when driving through Heathrow – make sure you check before you travel.
