Very please with the transfers to and from the cruise ship and saved some £50 for the sake of an extra half hour and no queues to hand over the car at the terminal

Staff at Cruise Parking were very helpful and imformative - transfers from car park to Cruise Terminal took 20 - 30 minutes and driver and minibus for transfer were waiting on our return. Would certainly use again.

We waited a bit longer than expected for the minibus on our arrival but that was due to exceptional circumstances with the traffic because of 5 ships in port at once all embarking and disembarking passengers. However we did get to our ship in plenty of time and we were very impressed with the service when we disembarked. We will definitely use your services again and would like to add that all your staff were polite, friendly and very helpful.

When we arrived we were told that there was a delay in boarding the ship. A member of staff who was very helpful explained that because of this they could not take us to the ship for about 1 hour. He explained that we could wait at the parking area.

We had seen a few adverse comments on the website, but we had no problems whatsoever. Everything was on time, the staff were efficient and friendly, and the cost was very reasonable. Overall, it couldn't have been easier, and we will certainly use you again

First part was really smooth, good directions, smooth transfer etc, but it was on the return to port having to wait over 45mins for transport back to the park only 1 MINI-BUS came. There must have been at least 60 people here waiting, plus it was cold & raining.

Outward journey was very good but Cruise Parking did not supply adequate transport for the number of people being collected on our return and then sent small mini buses at approx 30 minute intervals which were not big enough for those people still waiting.
