Reviews of the Airport Inn Gatwick

The hotel was fine, however the parking was a bit shambolic!, on arrival i had to park on the ramps, but luckily for me someone then moved. It doesn't appear to me that altough you pre-book the parking that this hotel actualy reserves a soace.

Staff were very helpful. Our flight was delayed. We were unable to get hold of Airport Inn on phone but contacted your chat line and your advisor changed booking for us at no extra charge.

Everything at the Airport Inn was great, apart from the tight parking, the location could not have been better. Food was good. Bus service was excellent. The parking was a bit hairy with so many cars parked on the ramps as there were no bays available surely this must be a concern, to many cars for the car park. I was OK as I found a bay but I would not have been happy leaving my car parked on the ramps.

Booked 1 night and 9 nights parking. No problems with either. Room was perfectly adequate, clean & comfortable for short stay. Staff were helpful. Simple parking processs (undercover). Bus to and from the terminals are simple, stopping right outside hotel. Good value.

Would be useful to have known when booking that shuttle bus goes to other hotels on the way to the airport with approx times to south and north terminals. Fact that parking is under cover is plus point and should be specifically mentioned. Room was small but adequate for overnight stay.

We couldn't thank the hotel enough.We broke down on the way to Gatwick airport and had to return home to swap vehicles from a car to a large van. If they had not agreed for us to park the van then our holiday could have been ruined. We are truly grateful for their hospitality. The facilities were also very good.

I needed to change my arrangements at the last minute owing to severe congestions at times on the M23 and you people really helped me out. Hotel was arranged and money I had paid on car parking at the airport was allowed off my hotel/parking stay. This was REALLY helpful service.

Yes all went very well. hotel clean and comfortable. Parking secure but spaces very tight and the one we did find was wet and smelly and there was litter. Staff pleasant and welcoming.

Staff very helpful, hotel was clean, as described, food was average, pub food, didn't use restaurant, ate in bar. It was perfect for a 1 night stay to catch an early flight. Car parking was excellent. Underground, in a bay of its own, no hassle when collecting. Brilliant!!

The only problem (and this is constructive comment) is that your website won't let you book a package which includes hotel before going away, parking AND hotel on return (if it's a late flight back for example). I had to book a hotel seperately on return. Solve this issue and things would be perfect! Otherwise ... spot on!!!

I had no trouble finding the hotel,parking on day of arrival easy right opposite the reception entrance. room was clean ,bathroom needs renewing other than that great for one night stay.
