I booked a hotel with parking prior to going on holiday. The hotel was easy to find, very clean rooms and welcoming staff. Food excellent and the parking facilities first class,the car was even washed ready for us on our return. All in all excellent. Would book again

I couldn't believe how smoothly it all went; facilites were good, taxi from hotel to airport was ready & waiting on time, and the taxi from the airport bac to the hotel was waiting for us when we arrived at the meeting point.........very impressed!!!!!!

The hotel was very good and we enjoyed an evening meal with a free glass of wine - good food at a reasonable price. Our room was very good, having recently been refurbished. The transfers to and from the airport were on time and the drivers were particularly helpful and pleasant. Would definitely book again and recommend to others.

We were affected by the volcano disruptions and were refused a refund for hotel/car parking however your admin team eventually got us a re-bookable option within 12 months: thank-you.

Hotel definitely needs a facelift, although the bedroom itself was fine. Probably best not to look at the shower curtains! Don't take a car that you're precious about because the cars are squeezed into the tightest spaces - didn't have any dents on mine b
