Everything went very smoothly. The process to drop off the car was simple, there was a shuttle bus waiting to take us to the airport terminal to check in at the hotel as soon as we were ready to go. The return journey was equally as efficient, we got off the plane, collected our baggage, found the bus stop back to Purple parking where our car was ready waiting for us. Collecting the car was simple, we just had to provide the card with the reference number that had been given to us when we left the car, along with confirming our personal details and they gave us back the keys. I would definitely use this service again. My only minor comment would be that the signage to the hotel after getting off the shuttle bus could have been more prominent as it took us a few minutes to work out where to go. Otherwise a great service all round - thank you!

We couldn’t use the meet and greet. The company refused to collect our car as part of the terminal road was blocked and it would have taken them too long apparently so we had to park ourselves

Check-in was quick and simple. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast which were both enjoyable and all staff were pleasant and helpful.

Last minute booking because of travel strikes day of holiday flight. Excellent Hampton by Hilton hotel attached to Gatwick North terminal via short tunnel. Good food, good comfortable, affordable room & good night's sleep...

The whole process including hotel booking and car drop off and return was faultless. The meet and greet was right across from the North terminal at Gatwick so a short walk when we dropped the car off and the car was ready in on of the parking bays on our return, it took 5 mins, fantastic service and organisation.

Arrival fine ,but car not checked or photographed to prove what condition we left it , hotel fine apart from food choice in evening, good early continental breakfast. When picking up car there was a delay as someone had not put the right bay number down , so they had to manually search for it .

Excellent location for the airport. Very helpful staff. Very comfortable room. The facilities were first rate. So easy to walk to check-in and bag drop. Breakfast was included and was lovely. Would definitely stay there again when flying from Gatwick.

I was able to book the easy jet lounge at Gatwick when it was never going to be open. When we went to the lounge we were told we should not have been able to book it as it was not open at that time

Difficult to cancel double booking, given voucher which also had to be cancelled. Key parking details (no van type cars) 4-5 screens down details. Awful service overall from a faceless company that based on reviews treats is customers badly.

Booking went smoothly and arrangements for bag drop off and registration at Hilton Gatwick South was excellent allowing hassle free arrival then taking car to Purple parking. Walk across to South terminal easy the following morning. Recommended.

Easy to use website. Once booked a detailed email was sent, giving full details of directions to the hotel (Hilton at Gatwick). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable.

I feel the extra cost of the Hilton compared to a Budget hotel was excessive. The Hilton at Gatwick was as basic as a budget hotel but approx 30% more. The only thing in its favour was its proximity to the airport

Not the usual Hilton service I get when I book as a member. There was noise from what sounded like a nightclub audible - as I had an early flight and left just after 6 am, it meant I was exhausted as I had not been able to get to sleep until just after 2.30 am.

Return flight was changed at the last minute which meant we stayed an extra 6 days. Purple parking said just pay on your return for the extra 6 days at £10 per day. On return it proved to be very straight forward and cost me an extra £60, which was very acceptable. The Hilton hotel outbound was very nice and comfortable.

Purpleparking very efficient. Dropped at terminal with plenty of time. Instructions to hotel stated not great stated via walkway however we struggled to find the start of the walkway. instructions need amending to say go up in the lift to car park level (above bus drop off) to find any signs saying Hilton Hotel. once there staff were helpful. room was clean and comfortable. restaurant staff very friendly. There were lots of signs on every level for The Marriott but insufficient signage for the Hilton! We had an early flight so only stayed one night but it was a relaxing way to start our holiday.

Hotel was good, but, we didn’t think we got an executive room as booked. Also, as I booked through you I didn’t get my diamond membership advantages. The park and ride staff were excellent, both dropping off and on return.
