Have previously left the car at the overnight hotel but now much prefere this meet and greet service. You simply leave the car with Holiday Extras at the airport, phone them as you pick up your bags on return and your car is waiting for you. A simple hand-over process, the driver was prompt and courteous - a very slick experience.

Biscuit crumbs on furniture,dried toothpaste on sink,dust on extractor fan that has been there for a while (pictures to prove this) Restaurant was expensive for what it was Ordered meals and a guy with a sweaty shirt picked up our meals when a waitress said they were for her customer and pointed to our table he slammed them down and shouted to her he can’t do everything Wife sent her salad back as there was as so much dressing on it was inedible Disappointed with our stay to be honest

The hotel is ideally situated, the room was basic but acceptable however we felt that the restaurant let the hotel down. We were told that we could only use our voucher in one restaurant. The food was very expensive and the service was terrible.

Stayed at Hilton, South Terminal. confusing signage in terminal meant I took a very roundabout route to find hotel. Facilities at hotel good and reception staff pleasant. Reasonable food in restaurant, though pricey.

Purple parking has no signs on nearby roads so was hoping Satnav would be enough but kept going round in circles had to stop at a nearby tradesman for directions.

Phoned prior to arrival at Gatwick Hilton but no reply from Holiday Extras line. Arrived at Hilton - no sign of Holiday Extras personnel. Phoned again and was told a member of staff would be with us in about 15 minutes. Gatwick Hilton is good - good service and quiet. Return was not a problem and car arrived as we walked into the meeting point.

Everything was fine on arrival, on return however things went dramatically down hill, the car couldn’t be delivered due to not able to start, taken to a overspill (no CCTV) car park, after an 6 hours our service provider arrived, a further 2 hours to determine that the car whilst in care by meet and greet company. The car had an attempted theft and thief’s had tried to bypass wiring basically leaving the vehicle useless, had to arrange a taxi home some miles (£400+) and now having to arrange collection for repair whilst hiring a car. Put a complaint in via website with “it can take 30 days to respond”

It wasn't as smooth as I would have liked as the hotel didn't have a record of my booking reference, however the Parking staff did. The hotel went out of their way to ensure that we did have a room to stay in and the following morning confirmed that the error was with them and that they had found our booking so there was no extra cost to me.

We booked a room for 3 adults we had a big double and two very comfortable singles too. Check in easy. Your key must be used for going up in lifts which is comforting to know as not anyone can use them. Room spacious and clean.

The hotel room was fine, as was breakfast in the morning. However, I was disappointed with dinner. It wasn't worth the £30 I paid for it. I have stayed at the Hilton a few times before and dinner in the evening was something to look forward to - plenty of choice and a wide selection. It was much reduced this time. Also, paying £14.65 for a ml glass of red wine is extortionate!

Very easy booking process and when arriving at hotel the booking was very easy to find for me to check in and was quick Ideal hotel for travel from both terminals at Gatwick, especially the South terminal. Helpful staff and room as described with very comfy bed. Would stay again

Parking was NOT what I all a meet and greet I'm disabled but still had to walk through a dirty smelling underground reception where they were very slow and unwelcoming then the hotel had not made up 3rd bed had to do it ourselves ordered food to room one meal arrived cold and no cider available at bar will not use service again

Hilton hotel very comfortable and well appointed. Pick up of the car was smooth but no photos of the vehicle taken and the car was not checked by the staff member. Upon returning home we were advised to wait in orange level 1 car park. Car hadn’t arrived after some time-called maple pkg and they said the car was there-it was not. It took another staff member in the car park to call and locate the car which was brought to us from the Hilton-eventually! None of the staff were particularly bothered. Not great service!
