Easy booking process. Hotel exactly as described. Very comfortable pre-flight stay taking away the hassle of getting to the airport on the day of travel. Shuttle service is very good but bus was quite crowded on our outward journey. Plenty of parking spaces and very pleased we added late return cover as homeward flight cancelled and we were delayed by almost a day.

Everything was fine. Just one tip that I think you should advise people of: When I arrived at the hotel, I followed the park & ride signs to the long stay car park, then went to reception to register, taking my luggage with me, as the bus stops outside the front door of the hotel. I was then given a notice that I had needed to put in my car, resulting in me having to return to the car with all my luggage and then return back again to the front of the hotel. I recommend that on the joining instructions, you advise customers to go to reception first to register the vehicle and then go to the long stay car park.

Everything worked fine, amazingly no car damage but we were kept awake by a function the hotel had running in the night. Good staff response though. Nice breakfast too.

The hotel was amazing; I could have quite happily have stayed there a week rather than overnight. Staff were sooo friendly and the facilities in the room were far more than we have previously had at an airport hotel. Will definitely stay there again if we fly from Heathrow. Only negative is that I thought the drinks were a tad expensive but that didn't take away from our enjoyment of the hotel.

Everything was perfect. The hotel was very good. Restaurants excellent. Room clean and comfortable. The parking was excellent. Like the idea of not having to leave your fib/keys. Where you park it is where it stays. The staff were very polite and helpful.

We stayed at the Crown Plaza Heathrow the night before our honeymoon to Bali. The hotel was easy to book, get to, park and transfer to the airport. The room was very well appointed and better than we were expecting for the price paid. Thank you for a lovely start to our getaway.

Check in and parking were very simply accomplished at this Holiday Inn Crown Plaza . The room was confortable and the hotel an overall pleasant experience. All as expected and indicated by Holiday Extras .

You did not inform us of the change in the bus stop to catch bus from Heathrow to Crowne Plaza. This meant we wasted over 30 minutes.

Booked this hotel as it had a pool, it was closed on day of arrival. Was a lovely day, no real outdoor area to sit, nearby hotels had rooftop terraces.

The hotel was ok...a couple of minor things - the room was booked for three people and charged as such - but only set up for two people - towels/toiletries; the internal security lock on the door was also missing.

On arrival the hotel car park was completely full on and as a result I was guided to an over-spill grass field. Not quite what I was expecting but after a 2 week trip I collected the car with no issues. Fortunately the weather was reasonably good whilst we were away. Heavy rain may have made things are bit difficult. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was nice and staff friendly and helpful. Facilities nice however only downfall was parking the car park was packed so we had to park on a grass bank as did a lot of other cars. I even heard staff complaining about the parking as well

Hotel very good, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms and food all good. Parking in main areas tight for larger cars/suv and difficult to find space. Overspill area at back mainly on grass and looked like a mud field which isn't well lit. Cars arriving in dark ended up in unusual places.

We booked two rooms at the Crown Plaza, Heathrow with one car parking space for the week we were away. In truth there was not a car parking space. There was a mud bank to try and park on with 6" of mud. When we returned our car was covered in mud caused by other cars trying to extricate themselves from the bank.

Room great with good facilities. Restaurant not full but only offered a table by the door which was declined. Ate in pub bar - menu similar to restaurant but food basic as was service ie carried from bar to table. Service charge was added to bill which was queried with manager who promptly refunded the amount. Parking on grassed area as hard standing area was full -a bank holiday booking.

Arrived in horrendous rain, drive for 20 mins around car park with no joy. Ended up having to park in overflow car park in a very muddy area. Took over half an hour to check in. Went down to eat atpm, we’re told no availability until (we ended up ordering takeaway pizza). Quad family room had two bath towels, two mugs,, asked for skimmed or semi skimmed milk - got more whole milk sent to room. Beds were super comfy and air conditioning nice and quiet!

Overnight at Crowne Plaza with 14 days 'on site' parking and Hoppa Bus transfer to Heathrow was the ideal 'value for money' package for a worry free start to any holiday.
