Hotel easy to find. 1 issue - on arrival the lady on Reception was not particularly welcoming. She provided us with keys to a room whch denied us access, upon going back down, she sorted the key and when we entered the room, other guests were in the room sleeping! after a 3rd trip to reception, we were finally given keys to a room further down.

Nice, comfortable room. Very clean. Easy check in, nelpful and pleasant staff. Good choice for breakfast. excellent price for 1 night's accommodation and 19 nights parking. I have used Holiday Extras many times and have slways been very happy with their service

Hotel was as described, with helpful staff. But the Crowne Plaza is showing signs of age and needs the rooms to be refurbished. TheHoliday Inn M4 J4 is better.

Booked car parking at the hotel for 10 days and stayed at the hotel on my return. Spent 30 mins driving around an absolutely full car park looking for a space. Eventually had to leave the car on double yellow lines (with many others) as I had a plane to catch. Car was dented on my return!

You need to regularly check the details you provide e.g. re transfer arrangements between airport hotels and the airport itself. I booked the Crowne Plaza at Heathrow because your information said there was a direct Hoppa bus transfer to Terminal 4. This service no longer exists and had stopped some time previously. I did not discover this until the morning of my transfer - luckily I'd allowed plenty of time to get to the airport for my flight. However, the additional hassle of getting a Hoppa bus to Terminal 2 and doing a transfer via the Heathrow Express was something I didn't need - it's a long walk too!

The hotel (Crowne Plaza LHR) was excellent and we had no problem parking. We liked that we got to keep our keys so had no worries about where the car would be stored. Unfortunately can't say the same for the Hotel Hoppa! We had an early flight on the 24th December and checked the Hoppa schedule to be sure it was running the promised 20-minute schedule but, we didn't spot the small print that stated a reduced service over Christmas (nor were we advised at the time of booking). We eventually waited 1 hour 15 minutes before the bus arrived having been told every 15 mins by the concierge that 'it is on its way'. Several groups were also uninformed about the reduced service and so ran out of time so took taxis instead, despite having prepurchased tickets. We left plenty of time so we weren't affected by the delay other than the anxiety that it might never arrive. So, while we were very happy with the hotel, we do feel let down that the Christmas schedule was buried in the small print and only if you dug around online to try and find the timetable - it is also not much help that the reduced service times were not listed.

The Crown Pazza hotel lobby, bar and restaurant area was so cold we could not sit and relax. There is no protection from the constantly opening automatic doors. The hopper bus service does not go to direct to terminal 4. Had to go to T5 and change busses back to T5. I will be posting this on trip advisor.

If you responded to your emails or called me, you would know. I booked transfers yet the hotel had changed their schedule and no longer drops off to the terminal we flew from. The lounge we booked served ridiculously limited products, until 10am (which is when we boarded). For the first time ever, I feel ripped off using you. Then you add insult and o injury and ignore me.

We have stayed in hundreds of hotels but can honestly say this is up there with one of our favourites. Not because it’s plush in furnishing or luxury, but because it actually had everything we needed. The staff were lovely and it was evident that they worked well as a team. When we asked for help or advice it was answered immediately. The breakfast was excellent and a great added bonus, also the use of the computers to print boarding passes and tourist tickets. Finally the location was brilliant easy for the Subway, pkenty of places to walk to and a lot quieter than Manhattan. Well done to the team. Definitely staying here again when we come back to NYC.

The staff were very helpful. It was very convenient being able to leave the car at the hotel. We did manage to find a parking place but noticed that a lot of people were parked on the grassy area which was getting very muddy - not ideal.

Overnight stay and parking for the long holiday. The restraunt meal was perfect and excellent service. Would definitely stay at the Crown plaza, Heathrow again. Had a most comfortable room.

Everything went smoothly at this hotel, surprised how quiet it was so close to the airport. We asked for a wake up call as had an early flight. It was the weekend the clocks went back so was woken an hour early then again an hour later. Didn’t mind as excited about our holiday.

The Hotel is great but the Hoppa bus service from this hotel to LHR T4 is a complete shambles. No direct bus and an erratic connection with 40 minute + waits. I use this service at least 4 - 5 times a year, but unless the get an airport shuttle bus, I will not use them again.

The hotel was as described with very helpful staff from book in. The room was comfortable with plenty space. The only down side was having to park the car on a very rough grass field.
