Small, but perfectly-formed bedrooms
Although the Ibis is a budget hotel, its bedrooms, if a little characterless, are fitted out with modern, stylish furnishings and decorated in light, crisp colours. Plus all of them are air conditioned, double glazed and have a blackout blind, which make for a decent night's sleep.
The rooms may not look like much, but they've got everything you could possibly need during your short stay: a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, wifi, a clothes-hanging area, tea and coffee, a hair dryer, extra pillows, a desk and a chair. For £9.99, you can also take advantage of an in-room entertainment deal, which includes 24-hour wifi access and access to Ibis' movie and music vault.
There are seven different room configurations for you to choose from: twin or double rooms, both with a shower or a shower over a bath; double room can have a sofa bed and a shower. There are connecting family rooms, and a limited number of disabled bedrooms, which have a wet room. All newly-refurbished bedrooms have a shower cubicle and offer more space than those with a bath. You can request one of the new rooms when you make your booking, but it isn't guaranteed. All bathrooms are equipped with a bar of soap and a wall-mounted shower gel dispenser.
We booked a package at Luton airport which included: parking at an off site car park and a night’s stay at an Ibis hotel at the airport. The hotel was excellent and very near the airport. The staff were very friendly. The car park was very hard to find.Mrs Dons (Luton Ibis)
Beds were comfortable but that’s he only good thing to say about this hotel. All the staff were very young and didn’t seem to have a clue about anything. The food was poor and the fryer broke down so the menu was very limited. Would definitely not stay here againMrs Ward (Luton Ibis)
The directions to your car park were not correct. We didn't get dropped off at the hotel and had to walk in torrential rain to get there. Your pricing information about the public bus was incorrect. The hotel was fine and the parking process was fine, you just need to update your info and I would also suggest in the case of bad weather your customers are dropped off at the hotel.Mrs Harrold (Luton Ibis)
Yes everything was perfect. My only complaint is that when i picked my key up it said my car was in a certain row but it actually was in a different rowMr Coddington (Luton Ibis)
