Everything was great. We would recommend Stansted Hilton - we took advantage of the pool, sauna etc (they supply towels so you are not travelling with wet 'togs').

Facilities were good though quite a distance from airport. I also thought that having to pay for the transfer bus was excessive considering the price of the stay/ parking.

Made my booking online, website very clear & easy to follow. Received paper confirmation & again the day before departure. Instructions were very clear & comprehensive. Everything went smoothly & the Hotel exceeded the standard implied. I would unreservedly recommend Holiday Extras.

Holiday Extras performed to the usual high standards. We needed an hotel as close as possible to the terminal because of an early departure time (6.50 a.m.) The combination of an early start + the risk of being held up on the motorway is too worrying to ignore. ng

Great place to stay . Facilities were spot on . The shuttle was on time to the airport, Will definitely be staying there again . My only gripe was that you had to pay for WiFi. Even pubs offer free WiFi nowadays

We had a great holiday, and it was made much easier without the hassle of having to travel down for an early flight. By using the hotel and the parking facilities the night before it took a lot of stress out of the process.

I would only stay at the hotel if the price was low as i feel this Hotel does not live up to a 4 star rating.It is in need of updating/Decorating as it is looking a bit shaby.

Very good ,beds comfortable staff very helpful great start to our holiday.We had a problem when we came back flat battery a kind member of the gym staff even offered to jump start the car,but the RAC were quick and got us on our way.Thank you for good service.
