Very comfortable hotel just a few minutes walk from the terminal. Breakfast(very good) starts at 4am which is great for early morning flights

Everything was fine,except you directed us to the wrong hotel! This caused added stress - we arrived at the Hilton, which was several times mentioned on your email, only to find we were not booked into the Hilton but Novotel!!!!

We boooed the hotel because the description said you could walk in 2 minutes , but the walk way was not finished so we had to get a transfer bus , now we would of booked a cheaper hotel as I only booked this one so we DIDNT. Need a transfer bus. The hotel itself was very nice and comfortable

Booking in was quick and easy. Room was actually for a disabled person so no bath which we were hoping for and the room was looking tired and in need of decorating. As we were only staying for one night before flying on holiday it didn't matter.

Our experience was good apart from difficulty in finding our room! There is a lot of work still going on at hotel, even the cleaners couldn't understand the numbering of some of the rooms! but when we did find it we were pleased with cleaness of everything & the facilities were good everything seemed quite new. Unfortunately my daughter & family who we were travelling with us didn't have such a good experience! They arrived at 5.00pm to find there room was not ready and were given the 'run around' being lied to by the receptionist & cleaners. Twice they were told the room was ready before eventually told for the third time that it was ready which it was about 1.5 hrs later we took their luggage into our room & waited in the bar area until things were sorted! They were given a voucher for two drinks(with many restrictions) which they felt was inadequate for the unfortunate start to our holiday! They then sent a message of complaint on a social media site and never have response from it so, I think as far as my family are concerned Novotel needs to up their game.

Parking at the Hampton by Hilton was straightforward. As we had an early morning flight, it made sense to get a good night's sleep first. The hotel has only been open for a few weeks. The room was quiet and very comfortable, but breakfast was pretty dreadful - the "orange juice" and "coffee" were both undrinkable and much of the "hot" food on offer was actually cold. The hotel is located very near the terminal and it is quite possible to walk it in a few minutes, but at present there is a hotel shuttle bus that makes frequent trips back and forth, which avoids the need to climb a lot of steps on arrival at the terminal. Overall, a really good experience, but I would skip the breakfast in future!

There was no places left to park anywhere on site. People had parked on the side of the road, on the grass verges in front of the hotel, in any gap where there was actually meant to be walkway. When we approached the reception team they were very unhelpful and had no suggestions about where we could leave the car. Having no option but to leave the car in an unofficial space it was inevitable that our car would be scratched when we arrived home a week later.

Staff were excellent & we were taken to the terminal by taxi. On our return we had to haul our luggage over a bridge because the advertised walkway hadn't been finished, not impressed.

No things did not go smoothly. Firstly we did not book Novotel we only booked Meet and Greet at Stansted airport. When we arrived they did not have our booking even though we had your paperwork to confirm booking. They said that there had been problems with Holiday Extras bookings not getting through. This caused great stress at the time as we had a plane to catch and slowed everything down. There were others also who had no booking recognised. Everyone had to be rebooked. Meet and Greet were great at the time and very helpful. They had a huge volume of people coming in and some with no record. of booking This needs sorting out asap.

Staff a little slow to appear at the desk for check in. The room had not been serviced properly as there was no tea/ coffee/ milk.. Small but important when desperate after travel.

When we booked this hotel with you it was called the Hilton. It has since changed to novotel which you failed to notify me of. So on the date of my stay I was driving around the airport area looking for a hotel that no longer existed, not the best start to your holidays.

We believed we were booked into the Hilton Hotel, which we had stayed at before, but when we got there it had changed the name to Novotel. we turned around and went to the Airport to find the Hilton and they told us we were not booked with them and we were not the first to be chasing around for the right Hotel. Only when we went back to the Novotel did we find out that we should have been informed of the change. not a good start to our holiday !!!!!

Nice hotel. Great staff. Bar food wasn't the best. The covered walkway which was advertised wasn't finished but a shuttle was provided but it was a pain on returning to pick up the car, as it involved quite a few stairs with luggage.

Room was lovely, bed comfy , very polite and helpful lady in the bar that night who made me honey and lemon for my stinking head cold , breakfast , would have been a . Reason for only 7 , rude robotic mannered man on reception that night, not helpful , no welcome and no information for parking car , breakfast next morning etc , we had to ask everything and it seemed like we was putting him out . Also rude man in breakfast next day who dismissed us saying we hadn't paid for breakfast , we assured him we had 6 months in advance , he wouldn't believe us as smirked as if he had caught us out lying , it took some convincing and we showed our paperwork , he finally gave in , no apology and very rude attitude . Some of the staff need serious training !

Very disappointing stay at Novotel. The accommodation was booked (in June) for Hilton Hotel Stansted- this hotel no longer exists but no-one had contacted me to inform me of this fact, spent minutes driving around looking for Hilton Hotel. Stayed at hotel before and after flight, room after return flight in need of modernising. very poor supply of cold water in bathroom resulting in very hot water in sink, toilet flush took some time for cistern to refill.

On check in we were given a room with 2 single beds not a double bed as requested. When we went back down to reception there was an issue with room availability and it took minutes for a suitable room to be found for us due to some spare rooms not on the computer system. This would not normally have caused much concern but it was 1am in the morning, our flight from Santander had been delayed and we just wanted to go to bed.

The Hotel was lovely, very clean modern and the staff were very polite & helpful. The only thing that let them down was the quality of the evening meal we had. The steak was not great quality, tough & fatty and the pizza tasted like a cheap supermarket brand with toppings added on. However i would stay here again but would consider other options for meals.

The facilities were not as described. I received an email telling me that despite rebranding to Novotel my stay would be exactly the same. But all the spa facilities were shut - no pool for example, and the gym was not fully functioning. Therefore I feel misled by your website and that I paid too much for my stay at this hotel.
