It was a surprise for my wife and she absolutely was thrilled at the experience given and how we was treated it made our holiday even more special and was a fantastic start, thank you. I work in a 77 employee industry and I have shared my experience with all of them.

Very crowded, ordered breakfast as soon as we arrived in lounge. Our daughter didn't get hers because it took so long to arrive before our flight. Not worth the money I paid.

I ordered a fish finger sandwich, not very appetizing to look at. Needed some garnish. Food was quite slow, and very small portions.. my partner ordered the cheese board. Tiny portion... Nice cheese but hardly any of it... The lounge was veryrelXibg and comfortable, will definitely book again

Check in took to long to go through as there was no gates open for our particular flight it took over 2 hours which ment we only had 1 hour in the lounge so the meal and drinks were rushed

I tried to secure a refund within 24hrs of departure. Was (politely) advised that this was possible because the lounge could not re-sell the space. Rubbish!

Yes very helpfull I had my 11 month old with me who makes a lot of mess. This was no problem go the lovely man that was cleaning up . Make the start of the holiday a lot more relaxing

There was no evidence of my booking on the system and I didn't receive the confirmation email until after our plane had departed but luckily I still had the webpage open showing the final stage of my booking and proof of payment otherwise I wouldn't have been able to enter the lounge. Because the lounge didn't have record of my name I was unable to log in and use the wifi which was disappointing and part of the service I has paid for.

The lounge was full when we got there, which delayed seating for 20mins.Waiter very helpful, scanning for seats for u. Had to ask for cutle ry. Lady serving behind the bar was moaning because she had a long shift and wanted to go home.

It doesn't mention that you only get one complimentary meal (if you consider half of a muffin with a small poached egg as a meal ) when I asked if I could have another I was asked how many had I had and because her English wasn't the greatest it sounded abrupt but otherwise it was really nice experience

Very rude staff, menu has changed, split up the party I was travelling with due to the lounge saying there was no room in the lounge for 4 people, but when I went in the lounge with my very upset daughter there was lots of space. They do not cater for children to eat. Will not be going back

The lounge was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the aircraft and runway. Food and drink was plentiful and tasty. Staff were working really hard to keep it in good clean order too, so kudos to them.

The facilities were good and was a nice way to start the holiday. However, there were too many children, why? We thiught this was an adults and mature teenagers lounge. Not noisy 5 year olds.....

The 3 hours you say you allow would never be that long as you do it by the flight time but you have to be at the gate long before that. You should either admit it's more like 2 or allow a bit longer

I had been in the no 1 lounge a few years ago and really enjoyed the experience but not this time , the food available apart from I choice from the menu the only other available food was apples and cake , we were very disappointed and will not be booking again
