The hardest to please traveller in the world couldn't fail to be amazed by the luxurious No1 Lounge at Heathrow. If you're hungry, just choose one of the freshly-prepared dishes from the seasonal bistro menu. Then sit back and enjoy whatever takes your fancy - a glass of sparkling wine, a film, a book - there's plenty to keep you entertained. If you're in need of a cat nap, there are even bedrooms that you can book separately. There's also a family room for enjoying some quality time in. There's probably more to do here than in your own home.

Children permitted

Children of all ages are welcome at No1 Lounge at Heathrow. Children 12 and over are classed as adults and will need to pay the adult price. If a child 12 or over is booked in as a child by mistake, the lounge reserves the right to charge the difference in price when you arrive.

Dresscode

The lounge has a smart-casual dress code and may refuse entry to customers not wearing suitable clothing. This may include clothes with slogans that may cause offense, sports shirts, tracksuits beach flip flops, clothing that exposes midriffs or upper thighs, or bare shoulders on men. Hen and stag do themed clothing and fancy dress are not permitted.

Food and drink

The lounge is renowned for its food offering – with a substantial menu of freshly prepared hot and cold food, plus a range of self-serve snacks including pastries, home-made cakes and bar snacks. Additional dishes can be ordered for £4 a dish.

In addition to the food, all drinks are also complimentary. Served at a fully tended island bar, the offering includes: sparkling wines, craft beers and premium spirits. Also available are soft drinks, teas and coffees and fresh juices. Champagne is available, at an additional cost of £6 per glass.

Please note: while No1 does not have a set drinks limit, they do have a duty off care to ensure guests are ‘fit to fly’. As such, they will monitor the consumption of alcohol and may restrict the service accordingly.

Entertainment facilities

The No1 lounge has a cinema room showing films, news and entertainment. There are also international daily newspapers and magazines which you can take on-board with you. You can enjoy unlimited wifi, plus plenty of access to charging sockets - or just sit back and watch the planes, the lounge has panoramic views of the runway.

The lounge is fully accessible to disabled customers.

Business facilities

The lounge has free WiFi access and computers with internet access.

Directions

The lounge is airside at Terminal 3. After you have gone through security, follow the walkway to the left of World Duty Free, and then follow signs for airport lounges and Gates 13-22. The No1 Lounge at Heathrow is one floor up.
