Everery thing went smoothly. Staff very polite. On return one of my tyres was quite flat. One of the staff brought out an electric pump and pumped the tyre up. Very impressive.

Airpark parking is perfect , no waiting to go to airport on way out and no waiting for lift on way back, just wish they would hurry up and finish the road works on A96 and airport approaches!

Everything was relatively straightforward and the staff were friendly and polite. The only issue we had was that there wasn't enough minibuses for all the passengers coming off the flight so we had to wait for another one to arrive. It was probably only 5 to mins but as it was cold it felt like ages.

Car drop and parking was straightforward. However, I was not collected from the airport on my return. The phone number was going straight to answerphone. After minutes I took a taxi to collect my car. No apology was given, Airpark would not pay for the taxi cost either. Very poor service and somewhat lacking in customer service.

The transfer minibus we returned on had an extremely difficult access to get to the back seats and I fell backwards twice attempting to get into the minibus. We have never encountered such a difficult to negotiate access before where there was only room for one foot between the seats and the steps, and where the seats covered half the door area. I am still severely bruised on both arms a week later, from trying to save myself from a backward fall on to my scull, and actually pulled the rubber seal from the door of the minibus in my efforts to hold on. We would have to now think very seriously of using this service again, unless I could be sure of a front seat with driver, or could sit in the middle row. Driver was totally unconcerned.

Very smooth transaction- i only booked an hour before. Got a good price, car was parked for us & brought back for arrival so no need to go hunting for it. Transfer was quick and efficient, driver was waiting for us at terminal even though he had been given he wrong flight number and our flight had been delayed. Would definitely use again. Thanks!
