I had an accident the night before travel and was unable to drive, thus did not use the facility as planned. I called the Airpark Aberdeen and they were happy for me to rebook for another time. As it was booked through Holiday Extras, it was not entertained and basically told sorry, no refund.

Transfer smooth and car park easy to find but I knew this as had previously used this company. However when I picked up my car it wasn't until the next day I noticed that the car was covered in mud ( I had cleaned it before I left) and the onboard computer had been changed to a different setting.The mud was up over the bonnet which would indicate the car had been driven at speed through a puddle. Not happy.

Staff very helpful & pleasant. When we checked in the bus took us straight away to the airport, on way home bus there & left straight away. Car had been washed off & was ready for us to go home. Excellent service.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. My car was overheating when I got to the air park the staff said to go on and catch our flight and they would see to it, which they did. A big thank you.

CAR TYRES WERE MUD COVERED NEARLY UP TO RIMS ALSO MUD SPLATTERS UP THE SIDE OF THE DRIVERS DOOR AND MUD ON THE FRONT CARPETS. AN EMPLOYEE USED A JET WASHER TO REMOVE MOST OF THE MUD FROM THE OUTSIDE AFTER REQUESTING IT OTHERWISE THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY FOR ME JUST TO DRIVE OFF.
