Good parking and a quick transfer to the airport even when it's busy. Our flight was over two hours late but there was a bus waiting at the terminal for us.

It is perfect as it is, we had no problems, the bus drivers were very courteous and a smile for clients regardless of time of day, or how awkward some customers could be, we will be using you again in June without a date and we recommend you all the time. If I had to rate you out of 10 I would give you a 12 :):):)

I think you need to provide a pick up area adjacent to where the cases are dropped off. I know there is a parking area to leave your car when you arrive. But just a pick up area.

we were picked up in driving rain and icy winds; luckily we were in the tiny shelter - the majority were fully exposed to the elements. Had we been so unlucky my rating for you would have been zero.

Parking your car at the sentinel at Leeds Bradford airport is very good they deliver a outstanding service. Always on time to meet you on your arrival back in the uk.used them many times and will continue to do so we always recommend them to other people.well done to all the staff at sentinel and of coarse holiday extras for there 10% discount .

Easy to find the Sentinal car park. The bus was waiting when I arrived. Booked in and then a 2 minute ride to the terminal. The bus was waiting on my return to the UK. Picked up my keys and was on my way home in minutes.

We travelled with a young child in a wheelchair and the assistance provided to us could have been a bit better. On our return the bus was very crowded and virtually all the passengers were rude, discourteous and unhelpful, barging past so that we were the last left on the bus with all our luggage still to reclaim. We felt the bus driver could have helped us more instead of some of the other able bodied passengers. I don't think this is the fault of holiday extras - probably more the car park staff who could do with a bit of extra training.
