Signage to sentinel were spot on, instructions good. Reception was not fully staffed when we checked in our car, so the queue over run the office reception area to outside. Process of checking in car and given our 'ticket' to collect car and details of shuttle bus when arriving back were good, There was already a shuttle bus was outside to take us to airport after we checked in. On arrival back we presented ourselves at the sentinel bus stand as directed and there was a shuttle bus already there but alas full! Not to worry though as another shuttle bus came along as the first one left. Arrived back at sentinel reception to collect keys, was hassle free and quick and told which bay our car was parked. Then we were on our way. Would definitely recommend!

The only thing I can fault is........the postcode! When put into your sat nav it takes you to the wrong location. A car hire place round the corner. Otherthen that everything was great. Staff really friendly, everything moved very quickly.
