Staff were fine but I paid for valet parking and my car was park elsewhere hence no fast exit - not acceptable after paying £52 for 1 day!

Everything went very well. Our flight was cancelled, so we had to change the collection time for our vehicle, the staff were very helpful.

Fantastic dropped off the car, walked into the terminal. On return walked out of the terminal got straight in the car. Staff very polite too, even at 5.00am!

Staff were very friendly, when we arrived at the airport everything was taken care of for us and our car was there for us waiting for our return, leaving us to enjoy a stress free holiday. Would definitely use again.

All the cars were parked for us reversed into the parking spaces. Park bonnet in first as we all have big suitcases to get into the boot of the cars. We all struggled to squeeze down between the cars to get the cases in... Simple and effective! Good service and will use again.

We have used the meet and greet many times before, but now it has changed and you have to travel further with your cases across a car park, no one assists you with your bags like they use to. (We both have bad backs so this is the main reason why we used the meet and greet.plus having two children) On return the man did not check over the car with us,he just stayed in his cabin. The car looked like it had been taken to a beach, it was covered in dirt.This use to be a very good service and worth the money but we shall not be using it again.

My son and I have parked with you many times in the past and both have mobility problems so we're very glad to be flying from Bristol, but we're very disappointed to find that the service is no longer a meet and greet but a park here find the kiosk and leave your keys here, resulting now in a longer walk than before to get into the terminal. Why?? Why change for the worse? So disappointed, but I suppose the slightly better option still, so will have to use again!
