meet and greet is now further away from the terminal and you have to park then find someone to help then walk to the terminal across a busy year park

Valet - sounds like I was getting a service. The extra money (about £20) bought me a man to collect my car and park it about 20 yards from where I met him. Meeting me on return meant I walked to where I had dropped my car to be pointed at its parking place 20 yards away. I'll park it myself next time. Also, "valet" meant "cleaning" in my head, which was the real reason for booking this. Alas the car was returned in its original condition, only worse since the chair was in the wrong place, the mirror had been moved, the radio was cocked up and the air vents all altered. Sorry - not good enough. Never again.

Arriving at airport we were unable to get phone answered and could hardly understand your greeter ! Arriving back the car was covered in black dust after being parked next to a building site apparently our first stop was to a car wash ! !

The staff were very efficient and helpful. I was under the impression from the way it was described that we would be met at the door of the airport and our car would be chauffeured away then returned to us in this same manner. This was our main reason for choosing this service as we were due to land at 3am and have two young children that we could not carry! However despite this not being the case I would consider using this facility again for a very early/ late flight.

No body met us we had to to go to the meet and great office and get our keys and car we very disappointed with this as we paid a lot of money for this service and wife is disabled which is why we had used this service to start with!!

Very smooth. The distance to drag our cases and golf bags is not really acceptable. The whole point of meet and greet is to drop off and pick up as close to the terminal as possible. This does not happen at Bristol airport.

A faultless service! We were met by the representative at drop off and pick up point with no hassle - would definitely recommend! However for the price a clean of the outside of the car would have been a nice touch.

We were talking with friends last night who were complaining about having to park a long way from the terminal. We told them how nice it is to return from a holiday to find the car waiting for you just a few yards away. It's a great service, at reasonable cost.

Met promptly at the airport. When we got through customs realised I had left mobile in car. Rang company who checked car, found phone and met me back in the car peak so I could collect it. What excellent service!!
