Staff were very friendly & helpful. Everything went smoothly. When we arrived back our car was moved closer for us, so after a tiring journey didn't have to walk far or try & find it. Excellent service would recommend to friends & family.

Everything was fantastic. The parking and shuttle service is always great and the lounge facilities were fantastic. It was lovely to relax in a calm, comfy area before our flight.

All very smooth car parking, but it was a long walk with luggage to retrieve the car. I should have pointed out the disabled badge as they didn't put the car in a disabled collection bay.

Smooth trip. Facilities as described. Pleasant staff. Only problem we left a pair of leather gloves at the car park reception. They had been found but sent over to airport security. I do think they could have been kept at the parking complex as it was known when we would return - only 4 nights at that.
